Booking Conditions

Below are booking conditions for Pigeon House Equestrian activities. Please read before making any booking.

Group lessons are held on Saturdays. Private and Semi-private lessons are available during the day Tuesday-Saturday by appointment only.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your lesson or hack. If you are late, the alloted time for your lesson or hack cannot be altered as we cannot delay lessons for other clients that follow. No refund will be given for shortened lesson times due to lateness.

Please note we have an outdoor all weather arena and therefore ride in any weather with the exception of strong rain and wind which may affect the quality of the lesson (in this instance we will contact the client to re-arrange).

Restrictions

Clients must be age 6 years and over.

There is a weight restriction of 15 stone.

Clients must wear suitable clothing for riding eg snug trousers and shoes or boots with a small heel.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of booking and can be made by BACs payment to account details which will be sent to you.

A 5% discount is available on a booking of 10 group lessons paid in advance.

Please note: we no longer operate a gift voucher scheme.

Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-arrange a lesson or hack booked, otherwise payment is non-refundable / non-transferable. Cancellation with 24 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations must be made by telephone. Cancellations with less than the stated notice will require the full lesson cost to be paid.

Payment for bookings of 10 discounted group or private lessons is non-refundable, cannot be transferred to or used in conjunction with any other activity and lessons must be taken within 3 months of payment. At least 24 hours notice is required to re-arrange a lesson, less than 24 hours notice and the lesson will be forfeited.

Pony Club activities are for clients aged 6 years to 21 years.

Payment must be made in advance and can be made by Mastercard/Visa or Debit cards at the time of booking.

Cancellations

At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of a Pony Club activity. Cancellations must be made by telephone. Payments for Pony Club activities where cancellation is less than the stated notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to use against any other activity.
